1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Trenvixa", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Trenvixa, a financial education services provider registered and operating in Bangkok, Thailand.
- "Client", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who engages with, books, or purchases services from Trenvixa.
- "Services" refers to the educational programmes and advisory sessions offered by Trenvixa, including the Cash Flow Clarity Session, Savings Vehicle Comparison, and Financial Life Transitions Guide.
- "Session" refers to a scheduled one-on-one or group educational meeting conducted in-person or via video call.
- "Programme" refers to a structured multi-session engagement comprising two or more Sessions delivered as a single service package.
- "Website" refers to the Trenvixa website accessible at trenvixa.pro.
2. Our Services
Trenvixa provides financial education services designed to help individuals understand their personal financial situations. Our current service offerings are:
Cash Flow Clarity Session
A single, focused educational session covering income documentation, expense mapping, subscription audit, and cash flow visualisation. Includes a written cash flow diagram and next-step recommendations. Price: ฿3,500.
Savings Vehicle Comparison
A two-session educational programme comparing savings instruments available in Thailand — including savings accounts, fixed deposits, government savings bonds, and savings-type insurance products. Includes a comparison matrix and personalised suitability notes. Price: ฿5,200.
Financial Life Transitions Guide
A four-session advisory programme for individuals navigating major life changes such as marriage, parenthood, career transition, divorce, or bereavement. Includes a transition guide document and a scheduled follow-up check-in. Price: ฿14,500.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time. We will communicate material changes to clients with active bookings in advance.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are entering into these Terms on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party without their express consent.
- You are engaging with our services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law or the laws of your country of residence.
We do not currently offer services to corporate entities or legal persons. All engagements are conducted on an individual client basis.
4. Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received and a written confirmation has been sent by Trenvixa to your registered email address.
- Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the client and the assigned Trenvixa adviser.
- Sessions may be conducted in person at our Bangkok office or via a secure video call platform. The preferred format will be agreed upon during the booking process.
- Sessions for multi-session programmes are typically spaced one to two weeks apart unless otherwise agreed.
- Trenvixa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling preferences, though availability cannot always be assured for specific dates or times.
5. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿). The fees for each service are as published on the Trenvixa Website at the time of booking.
- Full payment for all services is required before the first session commences.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Trenvixa reserves the right to update its pricing schedule. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to both clients and advisers.
Client-initiated cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit towards a rescheduled session.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before a session will receive a 50% refund or a full credit for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable. A courtesy rescheduling may be offered at Trenvixa's discretion.
Rescheduling requests
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Each programme allows up to two rescheduling requests without penalty.
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee of ฿500.
Trenvixa-initiated changes
In the unlikely event that Trenvixa needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund of the unused portion of the service.
7. Client Conduct
We ask that all clients engage with our services in a respectful and collaborative spirit. In particular, we ask that you:
- Attend sessions punctually and communicate in advance if you are running late.
- Treat all Trenvixa staff and advisers with courtesy and respect.
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested, as the quality of your educational experience depends on it.
- Refrain from recording sessions without the explicit prior consent of your adviser.
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute session materials, documents, or proprietary content provided by Trenvixa without written permission.
Trenvixa reserves the right to discontinue services to a client who acts in a manner that is disrespectful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund.
8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
Important: Trenvixa provides financial education services, not regulated financial advice.
All content, materials, sessions, and documents provided by Trenvixa are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing communicated by Trenvixa — whether verbally, in writing, or through any materials — constitutes:
- A personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or transfer any financial product or instrument;
- Tax advice or legal advice of any kind;
- A solicitation or offer to sell any financial product;
- A representation or warranty as to the future performance of any savings instrument, investment vehicle, or financial product.
Trenvixa is not licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or any other regulatory body as a financial adviser, stockbroker, or investment adviser. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed financial professional before making significant financial decisions. The information shared during sessions reflects general educational content and publicly available data, and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances unless explicitly discussed.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, documents, frameworks, worksheets, and educational content provided by Trenvixa as part of its services remain the intellectual property of Trenvixa.
- Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use session materials for their own private, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Materials may not be reproduced, shared, republished, sold, or adapted without the prior written consent of Trenvixa.
- The Trenvixa name, logo, and all associated branding are the trademarks of Trenvixa and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trenvixa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
- Financial decisions made by a client following or based on educational content provided by Trenvixa;
- Inaccuracies in publicly available financial data or product information referenced during sessions;
- Technical disruptions affecting the delivery of remote sessions;
- Events beyond Trenvixa's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or regulatory changes.
In all circumstances, Trenvixa's aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service in question.
11. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us. The personal data you share with Trenvixa is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect, use, and protect your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts. We would always encourage clients to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally and amicably.
13. Changes to These Terms
Trenvixa may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or best practices. We will publish the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
